Who we are
FreshRow is run by a small team in the UK. For anything about your data, email hello@freshrow.co.uk.
What we collect on this site
When you join the early list, our form (run by Tally) asks for your email, your firm's name and a few questions about how you chase clients today. We also record which advert or link brought you here.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To contact you about FreshRow and the founding firms offer.
- To understand which firms are interested and what they need.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked to hear from us. Every email we send lets you opt out.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and form: Tally (forms) and Netlify (hosting). We never sell your data.
Tally is based in the EU and Netlify in the US, so your data may be stored outside the UK. Both use the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your clients' data
If your firm uses FreshRow, we handle your clients' names, mobile numbers and replies only on your instructions, as your data processor. We sign a data processing agreement with each firm before any client details are shared. We never hold your clients' records or documents.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or limit how we use it, at any time by emailing hello@freshrow.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
